Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK and Belgian public holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. Processing times may take longer during special releases, major holidays, and sale periods.

Returns Policy

 14-Day Return Window: If something is not quite right, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to send back your items to VELOURA for a full refund.

 Item Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition with their original tags and packaging intact. Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear on the sole.

 Gift with Purchase: If you receive a promotional free gift as part of a qualifying purchase, you must return the free gift if the qualifying purchase is returned. If you fail to return the free gift alongside the qualifying item, VELOURA reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your final refund. The gift must also be returned in an unused, unaltered condition in its original packaging.
